Jesse Jia
Mr. Jia has been the founder and general manager of Rough Brothers Greenhouse Manufacturing (China) Co. Ltd from 2004 to 2018, a manufacturing subsidiary of RBI US, fully responsible for manufacturing, design &engineering. marketing and sales. He has sourced, fabricated and exported more than s100 million greenhouse material and accessories from China to US, Australla, Europe and Africa.
From 2019, Mr. Jia becomes the General Manager of Shanghai Garden Greenhouse Factory, Co. Ltd and continues his career in greenhouse business. In total, Mr. Jia has 20 years of experience in greenhouse manufacturing design and construction.
Before established Rough Brother Greenhouse Manufacturing China. Mr. Jia had been Commodity Manager of Emerson Electric, a St. Louis based Fortune 500 company.Mr. Jia's education includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus in International Management degree from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona in 2002 and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Jiangsu University in 1993.

Shili Zhang
Mr. Zhang is the designer of the first glass greenhouse in China in 1980's and project manager of many important greenhouses in China such as Shenghai Botanic Garden Conservetory and Research Greenhouse,Teo hua yuan Garden Center greenhouse, etc.He has more than 40 years of greenhouse design and building experience.

Wenjun Huang
Mr. Huang joined Rough Brothers Greenhouse Manufacturing (China) Co. Ltd in 2008 as project manager and started his career in greenhouse business. Since 2018, he became the construction department manager of Shanghai Garden Greenhouse Factory and in charge of construction crew.Mr. Huang has 15 years of greenhouse experience and has built many large greenhouse projects in China, such as Zhengzhou Botanic Garden Conservatory, Qingdao Tao hua yuan Garden Center, Gansu Baly Hi-tech Rose Production Greenhouse Zone, Sino-Africa center greenhouse, etc. Mr. Huang graduated from Sichuan Agriculture University and holds a bachelor degree of civil engineering.
George Tan
George joined Rough Brothers Greenhouse Manufacturing (China) Co., Ltd in 2006 as production manager and has been active in greenhouse and solar mounting system industries for more than 20 years. Since 2023, he joined SHG as sourcing manager.
George has sourced more than $100 million greenhouse material and equipment from China for hundreds of projects. His responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for greenhouse materials, equipment and engineering supplies. - Source, evaluate and manage qualified suppliers, maintain stable supply chain. - Conduct inquiry, negotiation, contract signing and full procurement process control. - Control procurement cost, ensure material quality and on-time delivery for projects. - Cooperate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedule and budget requirements. - Track market trends, optimize procurement plans and mitigate supply chain risks.
Yingjun Xu
Mr. Huang joined Rough Brothers Greenhouse Manufacturing (China) Co. Ltd in 2008 as project manager and started his career in greenhouse business. Simon Zhang
Simon Zhang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and holds two professional certifications: First-Class Constructor (Building Engineering) and Second-Class Constructor (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering). Joining our company in June 2023 as Engineering Department Manager, Simon has optimized project delivery efficiency by 20% and reduced construction costs by 15%.
He has led the successful delivery of several key projects, including the Linxia Butterfly-Shaped Exhibition Greenhouse, the Ningbo University Scientific Research Greenhouse, and the Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences Production Greenhouse — each recognized for exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Currently, Simon oversees the Engineering Department, focusing on operational excellence, team development, and international project expansion. He has established standardized management systems that ensure consistent quality across all projects.
