Ro-Flo Mobile Benching System
Mobile Bench, also named Rolling Bench or Ro-Flo Bench, is the core cultivation bench equipment widely equipped in modern Venlo multi-span glass/PC greenhouses and commercial growing facilities, specially engineered to eliminate fixed permanent walkways and maximize usable planting area inside greenhouses. Thanks to floating movable aisle design, this economical and long-lasting bench system has become the mainstream growing solution for commercial seedling breeding, potted flower cultivation and substrate crop production across global greenhouse planting industries.

01Floating Aisle Design to Maximize Effective Growing Area
The unique floating aisle structure enables benches to shift horizontally around 35cm left and right manually, forming only one movable temporary walkway instead of multiple fixed aisles. The idle space originally occupied by fixed passages can be converted into available planting area, lifting greenhouse effective growing space by up to 30%~35% without expanding greenhouse building footprint, greatly improving unit-area planting yield and economic benefits.
02Anti-Corrosion Heavy-Duty Construction Adapted for Humid Greenhouse Environment
Supporting bench legs adopt heavy-gauge hot-dip galvanized steel pipe; bench top mesh is hot-dip galvanized expanded metal with standard specification 13cm×3cm, outstanding in corrosion resistance against high humidity, fertilizer liquid and agricultural chemical spray inside greenhouses.
Side rails are made of extruded aluminum alloy for enhanced structural rigidity; optional plastic corner fittings optimize safety and surface appearance while preventing component abrasion.
Equipped with dedicated anti-rollover limiting device to avoid bench tilt caused by uneven overloading, ensuring stable operation under full load condition.03Flexible Dimension Customization & Manual Easy Operation
Standard bench height is 70cm with adjustable range; regular available widths include 1.70m, 1.75m, 1.80m and 2.00m, overall length can be fully customized according to actual greenhouse inner span and planting layout requirements. The whole set is manually driven with hand crank, simple operation for greenhouse staff to adjust aisle position flexibly anytime.
04Optional Integrated Ebb & Flood Irrigation Function
The base mobile bench frame can be matched with watertight molded ABS plastic ebb & flo trays to form complete tidal irrigation bench system. Nutrient solution is pumped into tray for root flooding irrigation and recycled back to storage tank after drainage:
Reduce water and fertilizer consumption by nearly 50% via closed-loop cyclic irrigation.

The roller structure supports dual-direction movement, plus pneumatic lifting and lowering function for pallet positioning, convenient for centralized loading, unloading and material handling in automated greenhouse production lines.
