Core Internal Climate Control Systems of the Greenhouse
1. Motorized Ventilation System
The vent system forms the core for energy-saving natural ventilation. It includes roof vents and side vents, and motors plus rack-and-pinion transmission mechanisms drive it. When the temperature or humidity inside the greenhouse climbs too high, the system automatically opens the vents. Natural air convection then pushes hot air and excess moisture out of the greenhouse. You can connect this system to a climate controller. It opens and closes vents automatically according to preset temperature and humidity thresholds. As a result, you cut manual work and reduce energy consumption through natural ventilation.
2. Greenhouse Fan System (Circulation Fans + Exhaust Fans)
Fans work alongside the vent system to optimize air management inside the greenhouse: Circulation fans: We hang these fans inside the greenhouse so they continuously circulate air. They remove temperature and humidity stratification between upper, lower and corner zones. In turn, they keep temperature, humidity and CO₂ levels evenly distributed across the space, prevent local condensation and lower the risk of crop diseases.
Exhaust fans: We mount these fans on the greenhouse side walls. They rapidly pull hot and humid indoor air out. Together with air inlets, they create negative pressure air exchange and quickly cool the greenhouse during hot weather.
