Shanghai Garden Greenhouse Factory Co. Ltd. had been a state-owned company and was privatized in 2000.From 2008, SHG Greenhouse Manufacturing became the partner of and rent its manufacturing facility to Rough Brother Greenhouse Manufacturing (China) Co. Ltd. After 10 years’s cooperation, Rough Brother Greenhouse Manufacturing (China) Co. Ltd. quit its business in China and SHG Greenhouse Manufacturing went back to operation by itself from 2019.
